Energy Recovery

12039350_10153742312689736_3907640815077646949_nIn a previous post, I asked you what your #1 Energy Drainer was.  This time I’d like to know what your #1 Energy Recovery method is.  Coffee or a Red Bull drink?  Watching your favorite TV show?  Walking along the beach?

I have two favorite energy recovery methods.  The first is to get out and enjoy nature.  (The pic you see here was one I took recently of the Sacramento River).  The other is a bit silly, but when I get really stressed out, sometimes I will place some industrial earmuffs on.  It blocks out most of the sounds and I just focus on my breathing.
