Blessed are ye who weep

Sermon5For the past several days, I have been thinking about Luke 6:21.  In it, it says, “Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh (Luke 6:21).”  Have you ever thought about that?  Do you think “laugh” means something different than LOL’ing?

Or perhaps does it mean that we will laugh. . . eventually, perhaps in heaven, once we see what we worried about in life?  Or does it mean we will laugh. . . eventually. . . after going through our trials?  In a few days, I will share some of the things I learned about this passage as it relates to all the incredible stories others have shared with me.  If you have any thoughts from your experience or understanding of the passage, feel free to share it below!
